NLP Gives You Emotional Freedom So You Can Live Your Best Life

What is NLP? Neuro Linguistic Programming is a strategy that uses the language of the brain to consistently achieve our specific and desired outcomes.

What does that mean for you, and the goals you want to reach in your health and life?

To put it simply – we look at where and how you’re stuck, uncover the root problem, and change your brain’s old patterns into new pathways that are positive, and will allow you to reach your goals. We actually change the neurology in your brain.

Addressing the Root Cause with NLP

Certain symptoms may present themselves as a problem. You might have been diagnosed with anxiety or an eating disorder. However, any problem that is plaguing you is actually a symptom of a deeper, or root problem. In NLP, we discover the root problem and eliminate that, and once that is gone, the symptoms go away.

Say, for example, I have a client come to me and she says “I can’t lose weight. I have tried everything, and if I lose it, it all comes back. I just can’t eat healthy.” The thing is, the problem is not actually that she can’t lose weight. That is the symptom of the real problem. The real problem may be that she feels unworthy of being healthy, because of past events and experiences. Once we release that unworthiness, the symptom (weight gain) is no longer needed, so it goes away.

Sometimes a traumatic event replays itself over and over, and it affects everything you do. You simply can’t move past it. NLP takes away the emotions and traumatic feelings around that event, so you become free of it. The process of working through your problem is called a Breakthrough, and it happens quickly – within about 10 – 15 hours.

We all have our “stuff” that keeps us from getting to where we want to be. The cool thing about the Breakthrough process is that we eliminate all the negative emotions, beliefs, decisions and events that keep us stuck, in that place we don’t want to be. Once you release all of that, and replace the negative brain patterns with positive, there is no stopping you from reaching all your goals!

There are lots of different tools and techniques to get you to this place. I use a combination of NLP techniques, Timeline Therapy® and Hypnotherapy to help you erase old patterns and replace them with beliefs that serve and benefit you.
